Jeremy Liley BSc MRICS FAAV – Director

Jeremy joined in 2005 the firm ( formally known as John E Jeremy), having previously worked as horticulturist and arboriculturist. He completed a degree in Estate Management from the College of Estate Management, Reading University. Jeremy is a highly respected member of the CAAV and is a member of the Welsh Committee, he is also the Secretary of the South Wales & Monmouthshire Branch. An active past member of YFC, he has served on both the national and Welsh committees and is a past county chairman for Glamorgan YFC and currently the Vice President of the Federation. Jeremy also serves on several Royal Welsh Agricultural Society Committees, acting as Chief Steward at the Royal Welsh Agricultural Show.  Jeremy is married with two children and lives locally.  In any spare time, he enjoys gardening.

Peter Morris BSc ERM FAAV- Land Agent

Peter joined in January 2016 following 10 years working on cross-country gas pipelines as an environmental manager. He attended university in Cardiff, gaining a degree in Environmental Risk Management. He is a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. (CAAV). Peter is a past club chairman of Wick YFC and is a senior steward at the Royal Welsh Agricultural Show.

Peter, when not helping on the family farm, enjoys sailing and a wide range of county pursuits.
